Cancellation terms
- Cancel within 24 hours after paying the booking fee, with the check-in date at least 7 days away: full refund
- Cancel 14 days or more before the check-in date: Rp 500.000 is kept
- Cancel less than 14 days before the check-in date, or balance not paid by the deadline: Rp 1.000.000 is kept
- Our mistake, force majeure, or visa refused (with proof): no fee
- Paid in full and cancelled on or before the check-in date: at most Rp 1.000.000 is kept; the security deposit is always refunded in full.
- Paid in full but no arrival by 12.00 WITA, 3 days after check-in: at most Rp 1.000.000 is kept.
